--常见舌象简明分类

脏腑对应在舌面上的部位
①舌尖:代表心肺病变。如舌尖红赤、有芒刺红点为心火上炎,以舌瘦且干为判断标准。
②舌中:脾胃病变,脾胃运化失常,湿浊、痰饮、食滞停积中焦,见舌苔厚腻。
③舌根:肾的病变,久病及肾,肾精不足可见舌根苔剥。
④舌边:肝胆病变。肝胆气滞血瘀,常见舌两侧紫色斑点或舌边青紫。
舌象五看
一看舌面润燥:“肾液为唾、脾液为涎”;“善诊者,先别阴阳”。观察舌面润燥,可判断体内津液盈亏:干燥者多为阳热证,滑润者则为阴寒证。
二看舌体胖瘦:“诸湿肿满,皆属于脾”。舌体厚、比嘴角宽为胖舌,说明体内湿浊较重,且舌边常有齿痕(胖大舌在口腔内与牙齿挤压日久而成);舌体薄、窄于嘴角为瘦舌,说明有内热导致体液亏虚。
三看舌苔有无:舌苔好像土地上的杂草:天气干旱则土地干裂而无草(如阴虚内热则无苔),土地贫瘠则杂草亦难以生长(如气血亏虚之舌淡嫩无苔);湿度合适则杂草得以生长(有苔),潮湿且肥沃则杂草茂盛(苔厚或腻)。
四看舌质、舌苔颜色:①苔色:色白为冰雪之色(寒象)、积粉白苔则为灰烬之色(热病之象),黄色为热之始,黄燥为热之盛,黑燥为热之极;黑润为寒之极,灰黑为寒之久。②舌质:淡红为正常舌质;红色为热之盛,红绛为血之热瘀,青紫为血之寒瘀。
五看舌下络脉:舌下络脉青紫、纡曲者为脏腑有瘀血阻滞。
舌象与辨证论治
①异病同治:不同的疾病可能表现为一类舌象,即病不同而证同,不管西医是何病名,即可用一个方子为主方来治疗;②同病异治:一个疾病在发展或治疗过程中,也可表现出不同的舌象,即病同而证不同,当用不同的方子来治疗。③合方治疗:兼有2个以上舌象者,则对主方进行加减药味或2、3个方子合方使用。
说明
舌象变化极其复杂,虽可归类,但每个人的舌象可能为一类以上兼而有之,常表现为虚实夹杂之证。望舌只是望诊中的一部分,故非常见舌象者,需结合其它体征四诊合参、综合判断,最好找医生确诊!通过自诊,如果您能掌握阳虚、阴虚、气血两亏等类的舌象、用药,则整理者将十分高兴!

二、阳虚舌(共同特点:舌胖润、苔白)
三、阴虚舌(共同特点:舌干瘦、无苔或少苔,多有裂纹)
